There are several convenient parking options nearby, including Witta Circle (free), the end of Hastings Street (free), Bay Village (paid), and Lions Park (free 4-hour parking).

We recommend arriving 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to settle in. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time.

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. If you cancel or change your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment start time, or if you do not attend your appointment, we reserve the right to charge a fee as per our cancellation policy.
